Landline outage

Updated 13.03.2021 - feedback from Openreach.. The cable has gone in but we have issues about jointing as the new joint box is not deep enough and the cable is only 2 inch off the floor and the box is full of water. Saxelbye Defibrillator

Great news - As of 19th February Websters Dairy have kindly reconnected the electricity supply to the Defibrillator and it is back in use. Longer term the Parish Council are looking at options for this, and maybe to relocate it to the telephone kiosk nearby.

Asset of Community Value

The outcome of the GRC First Tier Tribunal came too late for the January Parish Council meeting. The Black Horse continues to have ACV (Asset of Community Value) status; after the appeal against the ACV status, raised by H D Wakefield, was dismissed by the judge.
